Stakeholder reviews can be initiated, providing insight into any “at risk” sites where equipment uptime, comfort conditions and energy use can be adjusted. We have made 10% initial savings with 2% annual drift elimination for clients in the last year.

The technical bureau ensures that the 1st and 2nd level engineering response is delivered, alarms are investigated and triaged, and appropriate actions are taken in response. Our service desk monitors time and attendance, equipment and behavioural standards which means accidents are resolved quickly and incidents are significantly reduced. We’ve generated as much as 5% in value through rate risk mitigation.

Bureau personnel are experienced in the operation and functionality of a number of Building Energy Management Solutions (BEMS) systems and the latest Internet of Things (IOT) based infrastructures. This allows operators to remotely diagnose or fix core systems, like alarm and event handling and network infrastructure maintenance, and assign on-site repairs based on objective clarity of need. Over 1,080,000 assets are remotely managed at City.
