City Facilities Management, like many organisations, has faced unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19 in terms of business risk, threat of public and colleague health, economy and fast-moving change.
Our corporate risk assessment has been developed using the government guidance on ‘working safely during Coronavirus, identifying the 5 steps to working safely’ and is designed to set out how we have assessed the risk, implemented controls, continually monitor how we manage the global pandemic and support our colleagues and customers in line with the guidance. Additionally, this document has been reviewed by our Primary Authority Partners to establish background advice on our processes and controls.
